- In case of an emergency, contact Security Dispatch at (780) 471-7222 who will call 9-1-1. During show hours, one on-site EMT is hired and assigned for WMTS to provide first aid care.
- During dhow hours, the on-site EMT will be in the First Aid Room which is located directly outside the west entrance of Hall C.
- Security services are provided by the Edmonton EXPO Centre. The Security / Lost & Found office is in the corridor at the information desk inside entrance 5
