Marion earned her master's degree in Instructional Design by focusing mainly on the power of gamification on the development and retention of skills in the workplace. Both her studies and her work experience have led her to the conclusion that anyone can learn anything, as long as they have the right tools. She thrives in and excels at creating innovative learning experiences to engage the learners throughout their training process. She is as passionate about serious games and virtual reality just as much as she is exceptionally skilled in devising solutions and developing strategies to respond to identified training gaps.
