Paul Hogendoorn recently founded TPI-3, a company that helps manufacturers succeed, through the adoption of technology, the development of their leaders, and the improvement of their managerial and operational processes. Prior to TPI-3, Paul cofounded OES, Inc., an electronics manufacturing company in 1981, and FreePoint Technologies, an IIoT technology company in 2013. Paul brings 40 years of experience in manufacturing and technology industries, cofounding and building multiple companies from start-ups to internationally recognized brands. He is a self described “incurable entrepreneur” and an enthusiastic advocate for, and supporter of, manufacturing in Canada. His columns have been posted in leading industry publications for over 15 years reflecting his passion for the industry, and the people in it. Paul makes his home in London Ontario.
